Stitch into summer with this four week introduction to embroidery and hand sewing. You will learn a range of simple, versatile and decorative stitches to adapt for your own unique and personal projects. We will also look at how this traditional craft is being used by contemporary artists and makers in new and exciting ways.
Your tutor, Janice Botterill, makes drawings, collages and quilts using embroidery and creative textile techniques.
